But fear not, because we’re here to shake things up and revolutionise the way we approach financial education! At TEA, we’re tackling the issue of financial literacy from a fresh perspective. We’re on a mission to bridge the gap between companies and young investors, fostering better communication and understanding to pave the way for a brighter financial future for everyone. Let’s face it, no matter how stellar our education may have been, most of us still have a lot to learn about navigating financial markets and how we can leverage them to secure our futures, while also making a positive impact on society and the environment. It’s a lot! Through our work at TEA, we’ve come to understand the importance of engagement between companies and their investors. This is the key to improving financial literacy and achieving financial goals. And that’s where FinGlitz comes in! So, what exactly is FinGlitz all about? Let’s break it down:

1. Empowering Research: We’re kicking off with a research project to gain insights into Gen Z’s knowledge and attitudes towards personal finance, capital markets, and investing. By understanding where we stand, we can better equip ourselves to make informed financial decisions.
2. Interactive Sessions: But we’re not stopping at research. We’re teaming up with Investor Meet Company to host online sessions throughout February. These sessions will provide a platform for young investors like you to connect with peers and industry experts, share insights, and discuss key questions.
3. Driving Change: The insights we gather from our research and interactive sessions will drive the development of resources and tools tailored to the needs of Gen Z investors. From educational materials to interactive platforms, we’re committed to empowering young individuals to take control of their financial futures.
